The ARK, the Swiss Tribunal in charge of asylum recourses has been dissolved. Recourses for asylum cases have now to be submitted to the Bundesverwaltungs-gericht, the Siwss Administrative Tribunal.
Only parts of the ARK judges have been assigned to this new entity.
The procedures themselves have not changed, but one can fear, especially in the case of Rroma refugees, that the new judges are not as well informed about the general situation of Rroma in Kosovo in particular.
